These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Subscriber" or "User") and Interior near me (Proprietor: Rupa.K), governing your access to and use of S Cube Interior ERP (https://interiorerp.in).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing to, or accessing the ERP portal or mobile staff applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Account Registration & Master Credentials

You must provide accurate, current, and complete business information during checkout. You are responsible for safeguarding your master admin password and for all activities that occur under your company account.

3. Subscription Billing & Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) on a monthly or annual recurring basis as chosen during checkout.
• Payments are processed through authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / PayU India).
• Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged in compliance with Indian taxation laws.

4. Intellectual Property & Tenant Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data, client details, 3D designs, CAD drawings, and factory records entered into your ERP tenant. Interior near me retains exclusive intellectual property rights to the S Cube ERP software, source code, workflows, algorithms, and branding.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We aim to maintain a 99.9% service uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for disruptions resulting from external internet outages, telecommunication failures, or upstream cloud infrastructure events.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
